The Psychogeriatric Resource Consultant (PRC) for the Nipissing/Temiskaming hub will partner to lead an integrated system of care through capacity enhancement, network engagement, and specialized clinical consultation. The PRC travels across LTCHs, community and acute care settings, applying BSO frameworks to support older adults with neurocognitive and mental health needs. Reporting to the NE BSO Regional Manager, the PRC will champion knowledge-to-practice, contribute to quality improvement
