AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Ontario to provide skilled nursing care to residents and supervise Personal Support Workers. The role collaborates with the RN to implement policies and ensures high-quality bedside care within the unit.
You will liaise with physicians and the health care team, participate in shift reports, and monitor resident status for timely communication and actions. A Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario is required.
