This role focuses on delivering educational and rehabilitation programs to help clients reintegrate into society. As an Educator, you will implement programs and activities in collaboration with the team at Gignu.

Your expertise in behavior modification and knowledge of the Mi’gmaq culture will enhance your ability to support diverse clients. You’ll conduct counseling sessions and encourage healthy lifestyles while maintaining confidentiality and qualified boundaries. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions as needed
- Deliver programs promoting healthy youth relationships
- Document daily activities accurately and submit reports
- Assist clients with daily living tasks and community access
- Support problem-solving and conflict resolution efforts Requirements:
- College diploma or degree with one year of experience
- Familiarity with behavior modification strategies
- Knowledge of Mi’gmaq language and culture
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
