Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Journeyman or Red Seal Glazier who is ready to do more than install product.

Someone who knows what exceptional glazing looks like.

Someone who can walk onto a jobsite, look at the drawings, talk to the builders, understand the sequencing, identify a problem before it becomes an expensive one and then roll up their sleeves and fix it.

We recently launched ReGen, a new window and door product line within Lux, and we need someone to become the field leader for the product. This is a unique role because it sits between the field, the customer, the project team, and the product itself.

Initially, you will be hands-on leading installations, working with builders, troubleshooting field conditions, and making sure the product is installed correctly. As ReGen grows, your role will grow with it.

You will help build the installation standards, site processes, training programs, troubleshooting procedures, service standards, and technical documentation that will eventually allow us to scale the product across more crews and projects.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and participate in ReGen installations on luxury custom homes, multi-family developments, and high-performance architectural projects
- Supervise installers and establish a high standard for workmanship
- Conduct pre-installation site assessments and confirm site readiness
- Review drawings, specifications, details, and installation requirements
- Coordinate installation sequencing with builders, site supers, and other trades
- Identify potential installation issues before they become problems




- Troubleshoot field conditions and develop practical solutions
- Ensure installations meet Lux quality standards, applicable codes, and performance requirements
- Develop and improve installation procedures, standards, and best practices for ReGen
- Mentor junior installers and apprentices in proper installation techniques and quality expectations
- Provide field feedback to help improve the ReGen product and installation process
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Represent Lux professionally when working with clients, builders, architects, and trade partners

What You Bring

- Red Seal or Journeyman – required
- Strong experience with aluminum window and door systems, commercial and/or multi-family projects and high-performance building envelopes
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Confidence working at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolding)
- Strong problem-solving skills and independence on-site
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
