Group is seeking a Paid Media Advisor to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital ad campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate is an analytical and creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital media buying, audience targeting, and campaign performance tracking across various platforms. Develop and implement digital advertising strategies to support public affairs and advocacy campaigns.

Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), OOH, Reddit, and other programmatic ad networks. Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and creative iterations. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Centre and other relevant platforms.

Work collaboratively with internal teams, including creative, public affairs, and strategic communications, to align advertising strategies with overall campaign objectives. Ensure all digital ad campaigns comply with industry regulations, platform policies, and client guidelines. 5+ years experience in digital advertising, paid media, or a related field. ~ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field. ~ Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms. ~ Hands-on experience with audience targeting, conversion tracking,



and data-driven campaign optimization ideally in an agency environment. ~ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data to drive decision-making. ~ Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. ~ Familiarity with government relations, advocacy, or public affairs campaigns is considered a strong asset. ~ Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. ~ Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. ~ Prior agency experience is considered a strong asset.
