- Shoot and establish grades for various projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and grade stakes
- Direct equipment operators to adjust grades accurately
- Conduct daily Job Hazard Awareness meetings
- Assist with equipment maintenance and inspections Requirements:
- 5 years of construction and excavation experience preferred
- CSTS2020 and Ground disturbance level 2 certified
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly
