The Minnesota State Arts
Board is seeking a grants management systems administrator to oversee and enhance the agency’s online grants management system. This full time role manages daily system operations, develops application and reporting materials, provides support to staff and external users, and leads system upgrades and integrations. The position works closely with internal teams, external partners, and the system vendor to ensure reliable, efficient, and secure grant management processes.
This position is eligible for a 50% hybrid telework arrangement. With a telework arrangement, onsite attendance will be required for team meetings or as requested by management to meet business needs. Completion of a telework agreement will be required.
Please review the Telework Policy for details. Two years of information systems project management and business analysis experience. Professional experience working with software programs, databases and/or operating systems.
Five or more years project management and business systems experience Previous experience developing and/or managing online systems Previous experience in a grant making organization or with grant making business processes Previous experience with online systems implementation, upgrades, conversion, or integration An advanced degree in computer science, business analysis, business administration or related field Interested applicants must submit a cover letter outlining their interest in and qualifications for this position, along with the online application form.
