Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Graphic Design/Customer Service professional to join our team. Responsibilities

- Develop engaging designs
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person.
- Assist in marketing campaigns through creative visual materials that align with brand standards and campaign goals.
- Maintain organized project files, design assets, and documentation for seamless workflow continuity.
- Support the production of print and digital signage projects from concept through completion.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing UI design, motion graphics, logo creation, and digital design projects.




- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and FLEXI
- Strong understanding of visual design principles,
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.
- Customer service experience with a friendly attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
