Growth and Partnerships Lead | MORO Technologies

Full-time, permanent | 35 to 40 hrs/week minimum, some weekends | On site in Scarborough or Markham (YSpace) | Travel across the GTA

This is an outbound sales role first. You will spend a large part of every week cold calling, pitching and booking demos. If phone outreach is not your thing, this role is not for you.

What you'll do

- Cold call and email care centres and service providers across the GTA to book demos
- Run demo calls and in-person presentations
- Onboard and train recent centres, on site and virtually
- Represent MORO at events, workshops and conferences
- Create content and appear on camera for our social channels
- Track leads and follow-ups in our CRM

What you need

- Proven outbound sales or outreach experience (real cold calling, not just social media)
- Confident on the phone,



on camera and in a room
- Able to work on site in Scarborough or Markham and travel across the GTA (licence and vehicle an asset)
- Self-driven, organized and comfortable in an early-stage startup
- Experience in care services, disability services, education or SaaS is a plus

Compensation: $20/hr, plus a bonus for every centre you start on a pilot and every centre that converts to paid
