BrainStim Health is a physician-led mental health organization delivering psychiatry, neuromodulation, ketamine-assisted therapy, and specialized programs for patients who need more than conventional care. With clinics across multiple provinces and continued national expansion, we are building a modern, outcomes‑driven growth engine for Canadian mental healthcare. We are hiring a Growth & Market Development Manager to build and lead a function that connects marketing → inquiry → assessment → treatment → referral → measurable growth.

This is a build role, you will not inherit a mature marketing department. Your work will directly influence patient access, clinician referral pathways, and BrainStim’s national growth strategy. Lead paid acquisition, SEO, website optimization, content strategy, email/lifecycle marketing, and CRM analytics.





Build referral relationships with family physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, primary care clinics, and rehab providers. Deliver education, outreach, webinars, and structured CRM follow‑up. Explicit visibility into performance metrics and growth drivers 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, demand generation, partnerships, or business development ~ Experience in healthcare or another regulated sector is an asset ~ Strong capability in CRM, marketing automation, paid digital, analytics, and AI‑enabled tools ~ Demonstrated ability to build growth channels, improve conversion, or develop referral networks ~ Influence national growth strategy in a rapidly expanding organization
