Our Agentic AI platform, BizAI, understands and processes content across complex enterprise workflows. We are building a team of accountable, dynamic problem-solvers who want to deliver measurable impact with applied AI.
Role Title: GTM Operations & Enablement Director
Role Description: The GTM Operations & Enablement Director will help build and manage the systems, content, and resources that support our sales and growth efforts.
This person will own the organization and ongoing management of our CRM and sales assets including sales presentations and written and video website content and analytics, as well as any other functions that enable our sales executives to win in the market. This isn't a high-level advisory role. We need a builder and operator who is in the cockpit, directly managing the workflows and levers that keep the sales engine running at full speed.
This person must be comfortable working with several stakeholders to move between operational, creative, and technical responsibilities and can take a project from an initial idea through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve Fisent’s CRM (e.g., Hubspot), maintaining strict CRM discipline over data quality, Fisent-specific designed workflows (e.g., Buying Journey), integrations, reporting, dashboards, and user support/adoption.
- Create, maintain, and support the “Fisent Sales Navigator” solution that enables the real-time creation of sales materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, presentations, and other customer-facing content.
- Lead and manage a network of partners who assist Fisent with design and development of sales briefs, marketing assets, social media, and public relations including monitoring of related budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage and analyze the execution of email campaigns focused on core target accounts and growth sectors.
- Schedule and facilitate posting to both company and executives/SME LinkedIn profiles.
- Develop and maintain organized, accessible libraries for sales assets, approved messaging, templates, and supporting materials to be utilized by the Sales Navigator solution to originate assets for the Sales Team.
- Own website updates and coordinate with other sales leaders regarding the on-going improvements to messaging, design, and related functionality.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer-facing teams to translate technical capabilities and customer outcomes into compelling business value messaging.
- Partner with the enablement and sales teams to gather customer insights, measurable results, and proof points that feed sales presentations, case studies, and testimonials.
- Support go-to-market campaigns, product feature launches, events, presentations, partner marketing efforts, and strategic sales initiatives.
- Own the on-going management of all market-facing activities, including website content, product feature positioning, preparation for key conferences, key working session/onsite meeting preparation, and other market positioning as appropriate.
- Track the use and effectiveness of sales assets, CRM solution, website content, LinkedIn profiles, and go-to-market activities - and report to leadership on performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a key contributor to defining and managing Fisent’s “Go-to-Market” (GTM) stack. Conduct research, requirements gathering, and evaluate recent tools (and how we use them) that deliver value for our GTM function, while tracking ROI, and evaluating effectiveness over time.
- Establish repeatable processes and documentation that help Fisent’s go-to-market activities scale.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in go-to-market operations, sales operations, revenue operations, marketing operations, sales enablement, or a related role.
- Experience managing CRM platforms, maintaining accurate, reliable sales lifecycle data, and facilitating targeted email marketing campaigns. Strong written communication and editing skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
- Experience creating professional presentations, sales collateral, customer testimonials, and digital marketing content.
- Experience with “AI native” ways of working to increase throughput while maintaining a focus on quality and Fisent’s distinguishing characteristics.
- Strong project-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with limited structure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to completing high-quality work.
- Demonstrated initiative, personal accountability, resourcefulness, and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working for a SaaS, enterprise technology, AI, or high-growth startup company.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles or selling to regulated industries.
- Experience with CRM automation, reporting, integrations, and enterprise customer buying-journey processes.
- Experience with website content-management systems, basic design tools, video-editing platforms, or marketing automation tools.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on self-starter who does not wait to be told every next step. They recognize what needs to be done, establish priorities, solve problems independently, and consistently follow through. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants meaningful ownership of their work and visibility within a growing SaaS company.
