Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and courtesy
- Handle multi-line phone systems, answering inquiries promptly and directing calls appropriately
- Assist guests with their needs, including providing information about services, amenities, and local attractions
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and reservations while ensuring confidentiality
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest services and resolve any issues swiftly
- Support multilingual guests by communicating effectively in their preferred language or utilizing bilingual skills
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles preferred but not required; hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle multiple lines confidently
- Excellent communication skills in at least one language; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a rapid-paced environment
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and hotel property management systems (especially PEP) is advantageous
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest services best practices is beneficial
