Duties

- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styling with precision and creativity
- Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice tailored to their preferences
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety standards to ensure a secure environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client results and increase sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling check-in/check-out procedures




- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to foster trust and satisfaction
- Support team collaboration by sharing tips, assisting colleagues during busy periods, and contributing to a positive salon culture

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work showcasing versatility and skill
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace at all times
- Strong communication skills to effectively discuss styles, treatments, and product options with clients
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client needs
- Experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is preferred but not required
- A valid cosmetology or hairstyling license as per local regulations
