We are seeking a passionate and energetic Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair styling services, deliver outstanding customer care, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. Your creativity and technical skills will help clients look and feel their best while supporting our salon’s reputation for excellence.

Duties

- Perform professional hair styling services including cuts, colour, highlights, and updos with precision and creativity
- Engage with clients to understand their desired looks and offer expert recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries




- Foster excellent communication with clients to ensure a positive experience from consultation to completion
- Stay informed about current trends and techniques to continually elevate the quality of services offered

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling with a robust portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and front desk duties
- Retail sales experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Valid cosmetology or hairstyling license as per local regulations
