In this role, you will lead field operations for commercial reconstruction projects and manage every aspect, from scheduling to client satisfaction. Your expertise in site supervision, coupled with robust leadership skills, will be key in assuring that your teams and subcontractors meet the highest standards. Daily inspections, effective communication with project managers, and problem-solving will keep you on track for timely and successful project completions.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee field operations and coordinate crews effectively • Ensure safety regulations and building codes are met • Conduct regular project inspections and assessments • Communicate clearly with clients and project managers • Lead teams while promoting a culture of safety

Requirements: • 5+ years of construction experience in site supervision • High school diploma; relevant post-secondary education preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools • Valid driver's license and clean abstract required • Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
