Convertibles is seeking an apprentice with a real job attached to learn how the lead advertiser runs ecommerce campaigns. You work directly with Clay, and within 90 days you’re handling the weekly cycle on your first accounts.

Hours are full time (40 h/wk) with overlaps to UTC+8 mornings, UK/EU afternoons, and US East Coast clients. You pull data, update reports, write client updates, and build campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube.
