Hardware Compliance Specialist, Lead – Onsite Position Are you an cutting-edge and flexible self-starter? We’re looking for a highly motivated hardware compliance specialist who to help us create the latest in embedded systems technology. Learning and Development Opportunities Competitive Pay Salary Range: $90,300 - $140,000 plus bonus opportunity Analyze requirements, provide compliance review and identify risk.

Establish internal lab capabilities to de-risk designs for formal compliance testing. Perform de-risking activities, may be internal or offsite. Coordinate and witness formal compliance activities, typically at external offsite laboratories.

Provide input to design and reviews in support of successful compliance. Generate reports to capture tests performed and summarize results.

Bachelors

Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. ~8+ years of compliance experience providing design guidance, and hands on lab testing for products that meet relevant standards in Industrial, MIL, or Aerospace electronic design. ~ Works directly with the design teams to achieve designs optimized for EMI/EMC performance targeting signal filtering, grounding, mechanical chassis features for best design practice. ~ Experience/familiarity in the following is an asset: ~ A strong sense of responsibility, commitment to quality and achieving deadlines. ~ Results-oriented team player who leads by example, holds themselves accountable for performance, takes ownership of their responsibilities,



and champions process improvement initiatives.
