Support communities as a Harm Reduction Outreach Worker with Lookout Housing and Health Society. You will work within Lookout’s Harm Reduction Program to assist clients facing significant challenges, including mental illness and substance abuse.

- Oversee Lookout’s Harm Reduction Program and Needle Distribution
- Assist staff in implementing approved harm reduction practices
- Share information about community resources with clients
- Maintain accurate records both manual and computerized
- Respond to emergencies and support a safe work setting Requirements:
- Certificate in social services or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with harm reduction and community resources
- Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
- Class 5 Driver’s Licence and Abstract
