As a vital part of our Facilities Management team, the Maintenance Technician will support day-to-day operations, conducting inspections and maintenance across a 1,140-unit residential building and commercial spaces.

You will perform essential repairs, oversee compliance-checks, and maintain safety standards under the Facilities Manager's guidance to sustain resident satisfaction and building quality. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform in-suite repairs including electrical and fixtures
- Maintain all common areas and amenity spaces
- Conduct compliance inspections for safety and readiness




- Track deficiencies and coordinate repairs with management
- Monitor cleanliness of commercial spaces and ensure compliance

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years in building maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with Ontario fire code and safety regulations
- Experience with Yardi or similar management systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
