Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring effective workflow and teamwork.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and presentation standards.
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current trends while catering to customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling techniques.
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food handling, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control,



and menu pricing strategies.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times.
- Address customer feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or culinary environment.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food service operations.
- Demonstrated ability in team management and fostering a positive work culture.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.

Previous experience in restaurant management is required
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
