You will lead and train staff, plan menus, create new recipes, and ensure high standards of quality and cost control for Japanese seafood dishes. The role requires 3–5 years of kitchen experience, a secondary school graduation certificate, and fluent English. This is a full-time, permanent position with 30–40 hours per week in a quick-paced restaurant environment.
