Full-time We're looking for an experienced Account Director / Client Services & Delivery Lead who thrives in a fast-moving agency setting. You’ll serve as the primary strategic partner to key clients while leading delivery across multiple accounts, ensuring projects are properly scoped, executed efficiently, and delivered to the highest standards. This role combines client leadership, delivery management, operational excellence, and commercial growth.

Own executive-level client relationships and serve as the primary strategic advisor. Lead delivery across multiple retainer accounts from planning through execution. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, Design, Email & CRM.

Manage project scope, priorities, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.



Ensure consistent quality across all client deliverables. Identify account growth opportunities and contribute to client retention.

At least 5-10+ years in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency. Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market client accounts.

Experience leading cross-functional digital teams. Strong project and delivery management skills. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication. Comfortable discussing SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Web Development, Email Marketing and Analytics. Ability to work during US Central Time business hours. #
