The Service

Manager is a hands‑on, organized leader responsible for guiding the Service team, overseeing daily department operations, and building strong customer relationships that support ongoing growth in the region. This role ensures the team’s work aligns with branch and company goals while maintaining a high standard of service delivery. Oversee daily Service department operations, including scheduling, quality, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction Lead, coach, and support Service Technicians and Service Coordinators Monitor facility conditions and recommend maintenance or improvements Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and profitability Coordinate training to support continuous learning and skill development Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and support development plans Track departmental KPIs and report performance trends to management Hold regular team meetings to review performance, safety, and operational updates Resolve customer issues, conduct customer visits,
