Compensation: CAD 100,000 - CAD 120,000 - yearly McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 20+ designer outlets in 8 countries. We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our designer outlet centre in Vancouver, ensuring a safe, welcoming and high-performing environment for our guests, brand partners and colleagues. Working closely with the Centre Manager, you'll lead facilities operations, contractor management, health & safety, compliance, sustainability initiatives and capital projects, while supporting tenant openings, refurbishments and store transitions.

You will play a key role in protecting and enhancing the centre asset, leading health and safety, risk management and compliance activities, and supporting tenant openings, refurbishments and store transitions. You will also drive sustainability initiatives, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with tenants and service partners to deliver exceptional operational standards. Proven facilities or property management experience.

Experience managing contractors, budgets and projects.



Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Retail, hospitality or customer-facing environment experience preferred.
