Director for the Machine Vision Cameras Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent, leadership, and organisational capabilities that support innovation and long-term growth. This is an opportunity to partner closely with senior leaders, influence business strategy, and help build a future-ready workforce across a global technology organization. Use workforce analytics and talent insights to support business decisions.

Support organisational change initiatives and stakeholder alignment. Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management efforts. Partner on compensation planning, workforce budgeting, and organisational structure decisions.

Collaborate with global HR teams to execute key HR programs and initiatives.

Required: Solid business acumen and ability to align HR strategy with business goals. Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.





Experience leading talent management, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. Employee relations, performance management, and employment law expertise.

Required: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.

Experience supporting senior leaders in complex organizations. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, technology, or industrial environments. Collaboration across diverse technical and business functions. A culture focused on innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
