CSC Generation is seeking a VP of Performance Marketing to own the paid media strategy and P&L; across a 13-brand portfolio including Sur La Table and Backcountry. You’ll set multi-year direction, build the team and agency bench, and partner with leadership to drive growth while optimizing CAC and media efficiency.

You will lead a lean team, move quick, and own end-to-end decisions with executives, aligning media, creative, and commerce for maximum impact.
