As an Estimating Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Civil Estimating team by managing Estimating Assistants and Interns. This entry-level position includes close supervision and hands-on training, offering an excellent opportunity to develop robust coordination and technical skills within heavy civil construction estimating.

Responsibilities include tracking and coordinating quantity takeoffs across multiple estimates, often simultaneously, and helping manage estimating timelines. Support the Civil Estimating team by managing the organization of bid documents and quantity takeoffs. Regularly check in with Estimators for training, feedback, and task prioritization.

Troubleshoot and review quantity takeoffs for accuracy and quality control. Become an expert at conducting and planning quantity takeoffs from civil drawings, including: Manage multiple projects with different deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills: 0 years (entry-level role).

Bachelor of Engineering or Applied Science, eligible for registration as an EIT.

Technical Skills:



Proficient in MS Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Word). Quick learner with strong technical adaptability. Strong aptitude for learning new software applications. Typing speed of 50 WPM with 95% accuracy.

Strong document organization and file management skills. Confident in personal abilities and professional judgment. Flexible and results-driven in managing tasks and responsibilities. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
