Make a difference as a Health Care Aide at Prairie Lake Seniors Community. This casual position focuses on assisting Residents with daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being. As a Health Care Aide, you will work under the direction of the RN/LPN Supervisor to provide holistic care tailored to each Resident’s needs. Engage directly with Residents, their families, and a team of healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Your role will help enhance the social and physical well-being of our Residents through dedicated assistance and empathetic communication. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized care per Resident’s individual care plan
- Build therapeutic relationships with Residents and families




- Administer medications in accordance with prescribed policies
- Assist with daily living activities like bathing and mobility
- Document all care provided in Resident charts

Requirements:

- Graduation from a recognized Health Care Aide program
- Current registration with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
- Valid Criminal Record Check
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
