Elevate healthcare human resources as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner at Women’s College Hospital. This full-time role is integral in managing talent acquisition and employee relations within a vibrant clinical setting. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you'll partner with various stakeholders to drive HR initiatives aligned with the Hospital’s mission.

Your focus will be on risk management, building strong relationships, and ensuring effective implementation of HR strategy across departments. Identify and address workforce planning needs

- Lead diverse HR projects and initiatives
- Implement change management strategies University degree in Business or Human Resource Management
- CHRP designation is an asset
- At least five years in HR within a unionized environment
