spousal assistance and more 3 years of Heavy Equipment Experience (operating cable or hydraulic shovels, excavators, dozers, graders, or haul trucks in an open pit mine) ~ High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or 10 years of relevant work experience ~ Operate various makes and models of haul trucks, shovels, backhoes, dozers, and/or graders in adherence to our standards and procedures Complete walk-arounds, safety checks and field level risk assessments and ensure the heavy equipment is running properly and respectfully intervene when necessary Report any necessary repairs to the maintenance team or supervisors and report all incidents, damage and near misses immediately Participate in and drive continuous improvement programs You will work out of our Syncrude Mildred lake or Aurora site in Fort McMurray If youresideoutside of Fort McMurray, relocation of your primary residence to within 60 km of Fort McMurray is mandatory.
