These professionals will service and maintain heavy equipment in a mining workplace, working rotational 14/14 shifts. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in remote camp settings with fly-in/fly-out arrangements.

or Hitachi equipment (asset) Technical and mechanical aptitude Ability to complete detailed paperwork Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, in all weather conditions Ability to reside in remote camps on a rotational schedule Valid Class 5 Driver’s License Clean 5-year driver’s abstract Pass an 8-panel drug test (including marijuana) and alcohol breath test Pass a Criminal Record check Proficient in English (verbal and written) Ability to lift 50 lbs. comfortably Provide at least 2 direct supervisor references What Will Make You Stand Out Mining industry experience Enrollment in a pre-apprenticeship or as a first-year heavy-duty technician Experience with fluids used in mining equipment operations
