Responsibilities

- Assist with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support for children or individuals with disabilities
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs and preferences
- Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and teaching life skills to promote development
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, dishes, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space
- Support caregivers by following care plans and documenting progress or concerns accurately
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment




- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and respond promptly to emergencies or special needs

Skills

- Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, demonstrating patience and understanding
- Strong cooking and meal preparation skills to create healthy, balanced dishes
- Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent caregiving skills combined with a nurturing attitude and active listening abilities
- Knowledge of teaching techniques suitable for different age groups or developmental levels
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and team members
