Alberta Health Services in Grande Prairie is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care within the Grande Prairie Home Care program. You will collaborate with LPNs, HCAs, and other health professionals to assess needs, plan care, and delegate tasks across lodges and community settings. You will work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and on call, with travel required. A valid RN registration in positive standing and BCLS-HCP are required; remote retention allowances apply.
