The Role

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Home Comfort Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, guiding homeowners through their comfort needs with expert advice and personalized solutions. This position offers an hourly wage for office hours along a commission structure with no cap. Bonus opportunities are available.

You will work closely with our entire team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish. Your enthusiasm for sales combined with your technical knowledge will help clients make informed decisions while building lasting relationships.

You like variety in your day, take pride in the details, and genuinely enjoy building relationships—both with customers, your co-workers and with the partners who help us serve them.

What You’ll Do

● Conduct in-home visits to help our clients identify their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs. Your leads will be provided by the company and appointments arranged by our team. No cold calls or door knocking for this position.





● Recommend appropriate HVAC systems and prepare accurate proposals with financing options, rebates, and promotional programs to customers.

● Assist the office staff with phone inquiries and leads. Work with the service team to manage leads from service and maintenance appointments.

● Work with the team to follow-up with our clients and make sure all their questions are answered.

● Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project.

● Maintain detailed lead activity, sales notes, and documentation in Service TItan.

● Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and evolving company offerings.

● Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training as required.

Must-Haves:

● Strong communication skills.

● Comfortable presenting pricing and service options.

● Reliable, punctual and qualified in appearance and conduct.

● Valid Ontario driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.

● Sales and HVAC experiene is a must.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
