This relief part-time role supports clients with protected, realistic goals and coordinated care within the community setting. Develop a care plan, deliver direct nursing care, and collaborate with other health care providers to enhance quality of life for clients and families. Prioritize ongoing professional development and participate in approved projects as assigned.
