Main ResponsibilitiesDepending on the position, duties may include:
- Welcoming and assisting hotel guests
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
- Handling reservations and front-desk activities
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders
- Preparing drinks and supporting bar operations
- Preparing food, desserts, and pizzas
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas
- Supporting kitchen operations and food preparation
- Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Following hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards
- Responding to guest requests and supporting daily hotel operations
- Working effectively with colleagues across different hotel departments

Requirements




- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or customer service is an advantage
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and responsible attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays when required
- English communication skills suitable for the position
- French is an advantage for positions in appropriate locations
- Valid identification and any documentation required for employment in Canada
- Willingness to work in a professional hotel environment
