We are looking for a motivated, professional Corporate Sales Manager to join our Sales & Catering Team where exceptional guest experiences begin with trusted business partnerships.

Our Corporate Sales
Manager plays a vital role in positioning our hotels as the preferred choice for extended stay bookings, relocations, film production crews, and corporate contracts. What You’ll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and secure new corporate business opportunities, with a focus on extended stay bookings of 5+ nights at Home2 Suites by Hilton West Edmonton.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts, ensuring strong alignment with client budgets, rate strategies, and hotel policies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and activity targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Hilton Global Account Managers, supporting RFPs and strategic account plans.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring retention, upselling opportunities, and client satisfaction.
- Execute sales initiatives such as market blitzes, tradeshows, sales missions, and appreciation events to drive business.
- Review and contribute to the Sales & Marketing Action Plan, ensuring alignment with key market segments.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing on campaigns, sales tools, and digital visibility projects.
- Secure repeat and current group business and transient corporate travel.
- Provide input into budget planning, business strategy, and forecasts.
- Maintain an active presence within the hotel and business community, engaging with guests and attending networking events.
- Monitor guest satisfaction results specific to sales interactions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Attend pre-conference meetings and planning sessions to ensure seamless execution of group expectations.
- Accurately forecast group room nights and event revenue.
- Uphold all SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts standards, including Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Hygiene and Grooming, GREEN practices, Key Deliverables, and Service Standards.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by leadership.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in corporate markets.
- Proven success in strategic selling, contract negotiation, and account management.
- Strong knowledge of the hotel sales cycle, including prospecting, outside sales, and closing techniques.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of hotel operations, including reservations and group sales.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable, energetic, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with hotel sales systems (Delphi, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Post-secondary education in hospitality, sales, or marketing is an asset.
Working Conditions

and holidays as required.
- Occasional business travel for client meetings, networking, and events.
