As a Room Attendant, you’ll help ensure guest rooms and hotel spaces are spotless, refreshed, and ready to welcome guests with the warmth and care that defines our People People culture. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality — we’d love to meet you. Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned hotel areas according to hotel brand standards and operational procedures. Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, maintenance concerns, and operational readiness throughout shifts.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage closets, linen areas, and operational workspaces. Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests and housekeeping service needs throughout the day. Follow sanitation standards, chemical handling procedures, hotel safety policies, and operational guidelines at all times.

Support deep cleaning projects, room inspections, VIP arrivals, and special housekeeping assignments as needed. Partner closely with Housekeeping leadership, Front Office, Laundry,



and Engineering teams to support smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction. Help create clean, welcoming, and comfortable spaces that deliver memorable guest experiences aligned with Sonesta’s People People philosophy.

Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, cleaning, janitorial, or guest service experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, chemical handling, and hotel safety practices preferred.

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and service‑focused mindset. Ability to communicate professionally with guests, team members, and hotel leadership. Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, holidays, and operational support as needed.
