You will ensure the provision of catering in accordance with Hospice Hospitality Policy and deliver innovation and a reputation for consistent quality of delivery of services, whilst meeting cost targets. Be an experienced and trained chef having worked in various catering outlets Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service Have a good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety principles Have experience of leading and managing a team Have the skills to contribute to service development projects.
