- Teaching experience (including experience as a teaching assistant) at the college or university level is considered an asset
- Among equally ranked candidates, priority will be accorded to candidates with the ability to teach courses in the French language.
- For indigenous candidates, an equivalent combination of education and appropriate/related experience may be considered in lieu of the Master Degree
