Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning activities of housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough service delivery
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards
- Train new team members on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are used efficiently and effectively
- Address guest requests or concerns promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and a positive attitude




- Implement industrial cleaning techniques when necessary for larger-scale or specialized cleaning projects
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and staff performance to support continuous improvement

Skills

- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of hospitality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning methods, industrial cleaning equipment, and safety procedures
- Robust organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
