What You’ll Own You’ll lead our Operations Shared Services team and act as the central coordination hub across Supply Chain, Contract Manufacturing, Inventory, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Installations. Managing work intake, prioritisation, capacity, and service delivery Maintaining operating visibility across requests, actions, risks, and dependencies Owning operational cadence reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and management updates Standardising processes, documentation, controls,



and cross‑training Supporting automation, workflow improvements, and better use of ERP/CRM tools You won’t own supply‑chain strategy, inventory decisions, logistics execution, installation planning, or functional budgets. 5–8 years in Operations, Shared Services, Business Ops, Program Management, or Supply Chain ~ Experience leading teams and managing recurring service requests ~ Process‑improvement mindset with experience in SOPs, workflows, KPIs, and reporting ~ Strong analytical skills and comfort with ERP/CRM tools (NetSuite preferred) ~ Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Smartsheet, workflow automation, and AI tools ~
