Operations Manager – Laboratory Location: North York, ON Salary: $150,000–$180,000 + performance bonus Work Model: On-site, Monday–Friday The Prospect Our client, a multinational laboratory testing organization, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead a laboratory facility in the Greater Toronto Area. This is a unique opportunity for a hands‑on laboratory leader to help build an operation from the ground up. The successful candidate will oversee laboratory operations, technical performance, quality, people leadership and financial performance while supporting the continued growth of the business.

Lead day-to-day laboratory operations, quality and performance Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and applicable quality standards Manage budgets, P&L; and operational KPIs Drive productivity, turnaround times and customer service Lead continuous improvement, root cause analysis and corrective actions 5+ years of supervisory or management experience ~ Experience with budgets, P&L; and performance metrics ~ AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
