Join to apply for the Housing & Leasing Coordinator role at Campus Living Centres . Oversees all aspects of building operations including tenant relations, lease signing, office administration, housekeeping, maintenance, finance, and staff development. Maintain and control operational revenues and expenses.

Ensure all collection and control procedures are followed for accounts receivable. Oversee sales & marketing initiatives related to lease agreements and tenants. Ensure the Property Marketing Plan and vision are up to date and fit with current market.

Direct and supervise, maintaining strong communication with all staff members and internal departments at the property. Ensure legislated policies are followed, including Health & Safety.

Administrative

Ensure a Complaint Log is used to properly document complaints and responses. Organize the office to ensure all files and information are easily found. Coordinate policy changes as they are released corporately.

Inspect properties regularly to determine required repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements.



Approve all maintenance and repairs with vendors and ensure the property is well maintained at all times. Responsible for overall aesthetic condition of the property, both interior and exterior.

Ensure snow removal and landscaping are properly carried out. Ensure property departments are well organized. Understand legal standings in all situations. Creative problem solving. Solid foundation in leasing & lease negotiations.

Ensure employees work in compliance with OHSA regulations and campus policies (e.g., Ensure Personal Protective Equipment for all subordinates is available, in good condition, and usage is recorded. Ensure hazard identification, labelling, and chemical safety documents are up‑to‑date. Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
