Employment Type: Temporary Contract – Approximately 3 Months Schedule: Monday to Friday Immediate availability preferred We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide temporary support to the Human Resources team. This role will support a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, policy administration, performance management, labour relations, and HR compliance. Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries.

Support employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and workplace issues. Partner with managers to ensure consistent application of HR policies, employment standards, and collective agreement provisions. Provide guidance on labour relations matters, grievances, disciplinary processes, attendance management, and contract interpretation.

Support performance management, employee development, and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Ensure compliance with applicable Canadian federal and provincial employment legislation.





Provide day-to-day HR support while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist capacity. ~ Experience advising managers on employee relations and performance management matters. ~ Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field. ~ CHRP designation or progress toward the designation is considered an asset. ~ Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills. ~ Experience supporting multiple locations or remote business units.

Bilingual

English/French is considered an asset. Ability to quickly adapt to a temporary assignment and provide immediate HR support. Approximately 3-month temporary contract , depending on business needs. Monday to Friday, 5 days per week in office in Bolton. Immediate availability is strongly preferred. Interviews are expected to begin as soon as possible. #
