Our partner is looking for a Human Resources Generalist based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to support a broad range of HR activities across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll play a central role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, training, and offboarding.

Working closely with employees, managers, and leadership, you’ll help ensure HR processes are consistent, organized, and employee-focused. You’ll manage sensitive information with discretion while maintaining accurate records and reliable HR documentation. The position combines hands-on HR administration with opportunities to identify process gaps and improve the employee experience.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, ownership, and meaningful collaboration across the organization. Manage recruiting activities for approved positions, including job postings, resume reviews, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communications. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding routine HR questions, processes, and concerns.

Support managers with employee performance, conduct, and disciplinary matters while maintaining appropriate documentation. Coordinate employee performance review processes and ensure related documentation is completed and maintained. Coordinate required and employee development training while maintaining accurate training records.

Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential personnel files, employee records, HR forms, and related documentation.



Administer established HR policies and procedures and support their consistent application across the organization. Maintain HR checklists, templates, standard operating procedures, and recurring HR processes.

Track HR deadlines, documentation requirements, and routine compliance-related activities. Identify HR process gaps and recommend improvements that increase consistency, efficiency, and employee experience. Escalate sensitive or high-risk employee matters to appropriate leadership when required.

Support additional HR and employee-related initiatives as organizational needs evolve. 2+ years of skilled Human Resources experience. ~ Hands-on experience supporting recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and employee onboarding. ~ Working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes. ~ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple HR activities, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. ~ Broad HR experience within a small or mid-sized organization is preferred. ~ Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, People Operations Specialist, or in a similar role is preferred. ~ Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking, payroll, benefits, or related HR systems is preferred. ~ SHRM-CP, PHR, or a similar HR certification is an advantage.
