We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, policy administration, and compliance. This role is ideal for an HR skilled who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.

Support Recruitment

Specialist with full-cycle recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers. Maintain employee records and HR information systems (HRIS) with accuracy and confidentiality. Assist managers and employees with HR-related questions, policies, and procedures.

Support employee relations initiatives and help resolve workplace concerns. Assist with performance management processes. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.

Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required. Contribute to employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives. Support training and development programs across the organization.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ~2-5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role.



~ Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. ~ Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now) and Microsoft Office applications. ~ Competitive salary of $55,000- $70,000 per year, dependent on but not limited to experience and education.
