You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and execute effective recruitment strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports within the HR system. 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on recruitment . ~ Proven ability to source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking). ~ Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). ~ Bachelor's degree or relevant HR qualification.
