This role helps ensure HR operations run smoothly and consistently, contributing to a positive and professional employee experience across the organization. Prepare and process HR documents such as employment letters, changes, and terminations Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, time off, and general HR processes Assist with internal HR communications, surveys, and employee engagement initiatives Support performance review and goal-setting processes with documentation and scheduling Help coordinate internal moves, leaves of absence, and policy-related updates Assist with data reporting, HR metrics,



and project documentation as needed Contribute to special HR projects and process improvements across the employee lifecycle Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ~1–3 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) ~ Knowledge of employment standards and HR practices Enrollment in or completion of an HR designation (e.g., This is an office-based position with the occasional work site visits when required.
