Become the technical expert as an HR Systems Consultant at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. This full time, temporary role focuses on implementing and managing HR systems for effective workforce management.

As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will provide strategic guidance and support to system analysts and specialists. Utilizing your expertise in Time & Attendance, Scheduling systems, and other HR technologies, you will assist in system upgrades and ensure data integrity. Collaboration with Finance and IT will be crucial in enhancing overall organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver strategic HR guidance to internal teams • Manage and administer HR systems including UKG Dimensions • Generate and analyze HR/Scheduling-related reports • Support system planning and continuous improvements • Facilitate system upgrades and maintain data accuracy

Requirements: • Post-secondary diploma or degree in relevant field • 5 years of experience with enterprise-wide systems • Advanced knowledge of HR and scheduling processes • Strong technical problem-solving skills • Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or similar sectors
